Agency Rules & Fees
We are a real estate agency that helps you smoothly buy, sell, or rent properties. We don't directly sell or rent properties here. Property payments happen directly between the buyer and seller. We only charge a fair fee for our help and guidance.
Our fee depends on the actual size and price of the property.
If your deal gets cancelled before signing any final papers, we will return your advance fee.
Once papers are signed and the deal is finished, our fee is fully earned and cannot be returned.
If anyone changes their mind after the papers are signed, it does not change our fee.
The agency shall not be dragged into personal disputes after a change of mind, nor are we responsible for any actions executed by anyone outside the agency.
After the Deal: We only bring parties together. After papers are signed and our fee is paid, any future issues or changes are strictly between the buyer and seller. We are not responsible for what happens after the deal is done.
